Measurement should help us improve the site without exposing the people who use it.

This page explains what this website collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you. Our standard is simple: collect less, explain it plainly, and keep personal information out of behavioral measurement.

What we collect

If you send us a question, HubSpot processes the information you choose to provide: your name, work email, organization, question, and consent choices. Please do not include private information about another person or institution in the first note.

When you allow analytics, we collect limited information about how the site is used, such as the page path, device category, referral category, and interactions with navigation or research content. Website events do not include names, email addresses, company names, form answers, or message text.

How we use it

We use an inquiry to understand and respond to the question you brought us. We use aggregate website measurement to find broken paths, improve the usefulness of the site, and understand which research or decision questions merit more attention. We do not sell visitor or inquiry information.

Analytics and session replay

HubSpot provides the consent controls for this site. The source-controlled measurement runtime loads Google Analytics and FullStory only after analytics consent is granted, and that choice can be withdrawn later.

FullStory is used to identify repeated usability problems, not to profile individual visitors. Contact-form controls are excluded from replay and visitor-entered text is masked. We review patterns in aggregate and do not place replay links, identities, or form contents into Legion work records.

Who processes website data

Cloudflare helps deliver and protect the website. HubSpot hosts the site and processes forms and consent choices. Google Analytics provides aggregate measurement, and FullStory provides consent-controlled usability and session-replay tools. Each provider handles information under its own service and privacy terms.

How long we keep it

FullStory replay and analytics data are retained for up to twelve months. Google Analytics event and user-level data will be configured for no more than fourteen months. An inquiry is retained for up to twenty-four months unless it becomes part of an active client relationship, must be kept for legal or accounting reasons, or you ask us to delete it sooner where applicable.

Your choices

You may decline nonessential analytics and still use the site. You may change that choice through the site's cookie settings. To ask what information we hold, correct an inquiry, or request deletion where applicable, email sayhi@mcqueenanalytics.com or use the contact page.

First-contact boundary

Please do not place confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information in the first contact note. If the conversation moves forward, we can agree on an appropriate way to handle sensitive material before it is shared.
