How we work

We start with what the answer needs to change.

The method follows the decision. Sometimes that means new research. Sometimes the answer is already hiding across systems and spreadsheets. Interviews and market evidence fill the gaps.

Frame the decision

We name the choice and its owner. We agree on the deadline and what would count as useful evidence. This keeps the work from becoming a pile of interesting facts.

Read what already exists

We examine internal records and past research. Market context and public data are read alongside the judgment of people close to the work. Contradictions are treated as questions, not tidied away.

Learn what is missing

When new evidence could change the choice, we design the lightest credible way to get it. That may be a survey or a choice exercise. Interviews and focused market research are other options.

Make the answer usable

Leaders should be able to see the recommendation and the evidence under it. The limits and next signal to watch should be just as visible.

Decision brief

The choice and evidence sit alongside the tradeoffs and recommendation in one working document.

Leadership view

A dashboard or working model built around decisions, not decorative metrics.

Learning plan

The next test is tied to what would change the answer. The organization can see how it will know.

Stay close to the choice

We work with the people who will use the answer. When the evidence changes, the reasoning can change with it.
